Knowledge Base: How do I remove the Promotion Tab from my Facebook Fan Page/Public Profile?
Step 1: Go to your Facebook Fan Page/Public Profile
Step 2: Click on Edit Page
Click the Edit Page Tab under the main default picture.
Step 3: Scroll Down to Promotion Application and Click on Pencil Icon
After you click on the Edit Page Tab it will take you to a list of your Facebook Applications. Scroll down to find the Promotions Tab. To the right you will find a pencil icon. Click on the icon.
Step 4: Click on Application Settings
After clicking on the pencil icon you will see a drop down menu. From the menu click Application Settings.
Step 5: In the Tab Row Click on Remove
After clicking Applications Setting you will see a small screen
pop up in the right hand of your screen. There will be two rows,
one labeled Box and the other Tab. On the Tab row click Remove next
to where it lists Added. After this action, where it once listed
Added it should now read Available. .
