How do I create a White Label Facebook Application?
This tutorial teaches you in 8 easy steps how to create a white label application for your campaign on Facebook. Note: you don't need to be a technical person to follow this tutorial. Anyone with basic computer knowledge can create a white label application to run campaigns.
There are two main benefits of using a white label application for your promotion. First, the application name can be customized after your brand name. In other words, the campaign tab on your Fan Page/Public Profile can be renamed to something different than Promotions. Second, campaign visitors become users of your white label application rather than users of our Promotions application. The downside of running a campaign in your own white label application is that a newly created Facebook application may have lower limits and abilities in terms of sending invite requests & notifications. To read more about your application's limits & abilities please go to the statistics tab of your white label application.
Step 1: Go to the Facebook Developer page
Make sure you are logged into your Facebook Profile. Then go to the Facebook Developer page and allow access.

Step 2: Setup a New Application
Click on the Set Up New Application button at the top right of the page.

Step 3: Input Application Name & Agree to Facebook's Terms
Input a name for your application. Then click on the Agree radio button and click on the Create Application button. Note, the Application name can be edited so don't worry if you are not sure what name you want to give your application during this setup process.

Step 4: Configuring your White Label Facebook Application
To configure your White Label Application, click on the Facebook Integration tab and follow these 4 steps:

Step 4a: Go to the Canvas tab and complete the URL name. The URL name must be unique and can be any name (Hint: use your application name as URL name) unless it is already taken by another application. In other words, Facebook will reject your URL name if another person registered the same URL name before you did. In this case you'll have to use your creativity to come up with something that works. All other fields in the application settings are optional so you don't have to add or edit any other fields aside from the URL name.
Step 4b: Select the "FBML" radio button.
Step 4c: You may customize the tab name that will appear on your Facebook Fan Page. Keep in mind that you may include a maximum of 16 characters including spaces.
Step 4d: Lastly, please check the box to allow your application to be installed to Facebook Fan Pages. Make sure you click on "Save Changes" before you move on.
Step 5: Copy & Paste the Application ID & API Keys
Once you have saved your application settings, view copy & paste the Application name, Application ID, API Key and Secret Key into a notepad. You need to remember this information because you will have to input the numbers into your Wildfire Promotion Builder account.

Step 6: Login into your Wildfire Promotion Builder Account
Go to [Wildfire] (http://www.wildfireapp.com) and login to your account.
Step 7: Input Application ID & API Keys
In your Wildfire Promotion Builder account click on the Manage Branding tab. Then either click on the Get Started link or the Create an Application button. Now input your Application name, Application ID, API Key and Secret Key in the appropriate fields and click on the Save Settings button. This action will connect your white label application with your Wildfire Promotion Builder account.

Step 8: Publish your Campaign as a Custom Campaign
In your Wildfire Promotion Builder account click on the Manage Campaigns tab. Then click on the campaign you want to white label. Go to the Publish tab of the campaign wizard, choose the Custom Campaign pricing option and make your payment. After your payment is processed you can click on the Publish Now link and the Publish Now button in the Facebook Custom Campaign Channel and your campaign will appear in your white label application.
