This tutorial is used to help guide you through testing your campaign before it is live to the public.
a. If someone other than you, as the admin of the White Label App, is going to test the campaign you will want to add them to the app. To do this go to your app at www.facebook.com/developers
b. Select the app you want to test and choose "edit roles"

c. Select "add" next to the "Testers" heading. Here you will be prompted to enter in a friend's name (someone who is your Facebook friend), a group, or an email address that is associated with a Facebook account. Then click "Submit"

d. You will see that the person you just added has "(Pending)" next to their name on this screen. They will need to accept this request before they can test.
e. The person you added as a tester will get a notification and must accept the request to add them as a tester.

You will want to test in Sandbox mode instead of Preview mode through the builder because Preview mode displays all content regardless of what stage of the campaign you are in. Sandbox mode enables you to see exactly what your campaign will look like.
a. Now that the user is added as a tester they can test the promotion while the app is in Sandbox mode. To Sandbox the app click on "Settings">"Advanced"> "Sandbox Mode Enabled"

Sandbox mode enables users of the app to see it, but no one else can. After you have published your campaign in the builder and connected it to app (http://help.wildfireapp.com/entries/20071521-launching-with-a-white-label-application) you can set the timeline of your campaign to be live right now and you will be able to see it on your page.
a. Go to your campaign in your Wildfire account and select 2.Timeline. To make your campaign live make sure that the start date is before the current date and time and the end date is beyond the current date and time. Click "Save & Continue"

b. You should now be able to go to the Facebook page where the app is and see the live campaign.
c. If you are running a contest (photo, essay, or video) you will need to adjust the timeline multiple times so you can see each stage of the campaign live. Start with the submission period and then work your way forward through the campaign. Manipulate each phase of your campaign so you first have the submission phase live, then voting or judging is live, etc. If you are using Timeline 1 or 2 you will work your way through 3 phases of your campaign if you are using Timeline 3 or 4 you will progress through 4 separate phases and view them live.
a. Now you're ready to test! The tester will want to test all aspects of the campaign (copy, button position, image positions, etc.) and go through each tab to make sure the details, the entry form, the invite friends page, and any other tabs all look correct.
b. Testing should also be done in all of our supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 8 (IE) and IE 9. To see what version of IE you are using, and to toggle between the different versions push your F12 button and a screen will appear at the bottom of your IE browser. Select "Browser Mode" and you will see a drop down menu of the different versions.
