Facebook’s algorithms emphasize content that users find relevant and ultimately interact with. To optimize interaction, Wildfire provides functionality for our White Label users to fully customize their stream stories. You can completely change the text of any stream story and adapt it to better reflect your campaign goals and brand. You can even upload a custom stream image!
Below, we have created some good and bad custom streams for a fictional Avocado farm called the Stepladder Ranch that you should feel free to use for inspiration. Generally speaking, you want to engage the user and let him/her know what she can win by following your link. However, if you can come up with a very exciting or engaging tag line, that can work even more effectively!
THE DO’S: Short Statement: “It’s guacamole time!”
Short Question: “Who’s hungry for some guacamole?”
Short Exclamation: “Holy Guacamole!”
Question + Answer: “You got chips? We got dips! Enter the Stepladder Ranch Guacamole Giveaway for a chance to win free avocados for a year.”
Statement + Question: “Brian’s an avocado addict, are you?”
Greeting + Question + Answer: “Calling all avocado afficionados! How’d you like a year’s supply of avocados? Enter the Stepladder Ranch Guacamole Giveaway for your chance to win!”
Greeting + Statement: “Hello, Guacamole Lovers! I just entered the Stepladder Ranch Guacamole Giveaway. Enter now for a chance to win AVOCADOS FOR A YEAR!”
THE DON’TS: Too Vague: “I love avocados! Enter to win!”
Too Short: “Enter to win!”
Too Long: “I just entered to win free avocados for a year from Stepladder Ranch and the Guacamole Giveaway. You can enter to win free avocados for a year too if you visit the Stepladder Ranch Facebook page and become a fan. Click now to enter!”
