Timeline 4: Submissions not visible to the public during submission period and voting done by "Vote Now" button

Phase 1: Submission Period
During the submission period, the “Details,” “Enter Contest,” and “Invite Friends” tabs will all be visible. There will not be a gallery given that you have opted to not show submissions to the public during the submission period.

Phase 2: Public Votes for Finalists
During the public votes for finalist phase, the “Enter Contest” tab will disappear and will be replaced by the “Vote Now” tab. Users will now be able to view all the contest submissions and vote using the “Vote Now” button.

Phase 3: Judges Choose Winners
During the judges choose winners phase, the gray phase tabs will disappear as well as the “Vote Now” tab and be replaced by the “Judging” and “View Entries” tabs. All entries will now be viewable, not just the finalists.

If you have a gap in your timeline between the "Judges Choose Winners" phase and the "Judges Announce Winners" phase the "Judging" and "Invite Friends" tabs will disappear and a "View Winners" tab will be displayed. No winners will be shown until the "Judges Announce Winners" phase begins.
Phase 4: Judges Announce Winners
During the judges announce winners phase, the “Invite Friends” and “Judging” tabs disappear and are replaced by the “View Winners” tab. All entries will still be viewable under the “View Entries” tab but only the winning entry along with congratulatory text will populate on the “Judges Announce Winners” tab.

Why can't you have voting and submissions going on at the same time? Seems like that would make for more engagement.
