Phase 1: Submission Period

During the submission period, the “Details,” “Enter Contest,” “View Entries,” and “Invite Friends” tabs will all be visible, as well as a “Submit your own entry” button within the “View Entries” tab.

Phase 2: Public Votes for Finalists

During the public votes for finalists phase, the “Enter Contest” and “View Entries” tabs will disappear and be replaced with the “Vote Now” tab. The “Submit your own” button will also disappear and the thumbs up/down voting option will populate.

Phase 3: Judges Choose Winners

During the judges choose winners phase, the gray phase tabs disappear as well as the “Vote Now” option. The “Judging” and “View Entries” tabs will populate and the “Vote Now” tab will disappear. All entries will be viewable, not just the finalists.

If you have a gap in your timeline between the "Judges Choose Winners" phase and the "Judges Announce Winners" phase the "Judging" and "Invite Friends" tabs will disappear and a "View Winners" tab will be displayed. No winners will be shown until the "Judges Announce Winners" phase begins.

Phase 4: Judges Announce Winners

During the judges announce winners phase, the “Invite Friends” and “Judging” tabs disappear and are replaced by the “View Winners” tab.  All entries will still be viewable under the “View Entries” tab.
