If you manage multiple social media plans for your company, you may want create separate “Companies” and “Accounts” on the Wildfire platform for each brand, sub-brand, or geographical region, as applicable. For example, if you’re an agency, you may want to create a separate “Account” within the Wildfire platform for each of your clients and a separate “Company” within each “Account” for each of that client’s brands.

Companies

1. Add an additional company to an account by clicking the arrows next to the company name at the top of the page and clicking "Create a Company."
• Input the name of the new company.
• Ensure that the account to which you want this company connected is selected from the “Account” dropdown menu and click “Save.”
2. See the tutorials Adding basic information and locations, Adding Social Properties to companies—Facebook and Twitter and Adding email connections to companies—Constant Contact and Campaign Manager for instructions on how to complete the information for each new company. Please note that the basic information, locations, social properties and connections are separate for each company in each account.

Accounts

1. To add a new account, follow the steps to create a new company, and in the second step, select “Create New” from the “Account” dropdown menu.
2. The name of your new account will be the name of the new company. You can change this name by clicking “Account” across the top navigation, selecting the account whose name you want to change, and inputting the new name in the “Basic Info” section.
3. This process will create both a new account and a new company within that account.
