After all is said and done, you will have a winner or winners of your campaign. If the winners meet the eligibility requirements set out in the rules and administration, contact them via the email they provided in the entry form to notify them they have won. This must occur before winners are displayed to the public on your Fan Page.
There are legal steps to take to ensure the winner of your campaign is legitimate. Before your campaign started you should have determined and provided to entrants all the rules and requirements for entry. Additionally, there are steps to take to make sure the winner successfully receives the prize.

After I notify the winner...do I wait to post the winner to my FB? How do I post the winner to my FB? You state there are steps to take to make the winner receives the prize...what are the steps. I know to mail it out with tracking and what else. Where do I find the winners full name and address to send prize. Thank you.
