IMPORTANT: Before starting this tutorial you will want to first Create your White Label Application. Click HERE to access that tutorial.

Step 1: Publish your Promotion in your Wildfire Account

All Promotions are published by following a few easy steps:

  1. First, ensure you are on tab 6 within the builder entitled "Publish."
  2. Click on the "Publish Now" button beside Facebook fan page under Custom Campaign Channels.
  3. Accept the disclosure statement and then click the link that says "Fan Page."

Step 2: Choose the Fan Page you want to add the Application to

An overlaid window will prompt you to select a fanpage to which you’ll add your application.  Pick the fanpage of your choice. Then click, "Add Tab to my Facebook Pages." Your application is now added to your fanpage.

If you do not see your Fan Page, it means you either don't have administrative access, or you already have this application installed. (If it is already installed, please skip ahead to Step 3)

Step 3: Add White Label App to your Fan Page

You will want to click on "Admin Panel" in the top right hand corner:

On the left hand side of the subsequent page, select "apps.”

Step 4: Connect the White Label Application with your Wildfire Promotion Builder Account

Input the email address and password you are using for your Wildfire account and click the Connect button (note: these are your Wildfire login credentials, not your Facebook login credentials). This will connect the White Label Application with your Wildfire account.

Step 5: Add your Campaign to your Fan Page

Locate your campaign and click on the Add to Fan Page button. A green check-mark ensures that the campaign is connected. If you do not see your campaign listed there, please make sure that you have clicked on Publish to Facebook Fan Page in the Publish step of your Wildfire campaign setup.

Select your preferred Facebook Tab page width from the drop down. The Facebook Tab can be set to 520px or the new 810px Timeline format. Make sure the width is also set in your White Label application, as listed in the Creating a White Label Application tutorial.

Note: Your campaign will only show up on this step if it has been published in your Wildfire Campaign Builder account. Please see Chapter 1 for how to publish your campaign in your Wildfire account. Mind that you’ve published your promotion in the promotion builder under custom channel.  Also, realize that a promotion will not render or appear on a fanpage until it is set to go “live” in the timeline you edited in the promotion builder.

You can always return to this page by clicking back to “Edit Fan Page” and then “Edit” on your White Label Application

You can publish a campaign on multiple Fan Pages. All you need to do is to follow this tutorial and add your Application to a different Fan Page.
