Entry Form > Page 1: Entry Form

The entry form is one of the most important pieces of your Photo Contest. It is the only place where you can choose which data will be required from entrants. It also the place to set up the mandatory “like” button, called fangating, and where minimum age and geographic eligibility are defined. From the menu on the left, drag each of the fields you want included on your entry form into the blank form on the right; rearrange as needed by dragging fields within the form into your desired order.

• Email and date of birth are always required fields 
• URL re-direct is the URL destination to which entrants will be directed to once they have finished entering the promotion and inviting friends  
• Click in the box at the bottom of your form to enter footnote text that will appear on every page of your promotion 

Entry Form > Page 2: Upload Entry Form

Entrants will be prompted to submit their photo(s) immediately after they complete the entry form. For customization of the photo submission form with minimum and maximum photo entry field, captions, or additional text fields, see below:

You may allow photos to be optional by setting the image minimum to “0”.

To control the word count of a caption, instead of selecting “Allow users to add captions,” add a text box after the image upload form. You then can control the text box size, minimum and maximum words allowed, text box label, and whether or not it is required to complete the submission.

Entry Form > Page 3: Invite Friends

The third page of the Entry Form tab controls what message displays to entrants to encourage them to invite friends to participate in your Photo Contest. Once an entrant completes the entry form, he/she will be directed to a page where he/she can invite friends. The default text for this is "Tell your friends to vote for your entry!" You have the option to edit this text to customize it to your promotion.
