While the Banners tab is typically used by our Basic, Standard, and Premium users, certain features are useful for White Label campaigns.

Header Banner - This is the banner that appears at the top of your campaign and has an optional click through. If you upload a banner here you will want it to be 760 pixels wide, but also look good at 520 pixels wide. In tab view the banner will cut off at 520, and in canvas view the remaining 240 pixels will display, so be sure it looks good in both forms. In step 2 of the header  banner you can put in a link. This is the URL users will be taken to if they click on your header banner .However, if you are planning on using CSS and design resources to brand your promotion, you may ignore this tab. To read more about CSS please see the Using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) tutorial.

Feed Banner—The feed banner is different for photo and video contests than from other types of promotional campaigns. The feed banner will be the image or video that the participant entered in the contest, so there is no need for you to create a feed banner. When an entry is uploaded, the entrant’s photo will appear in newsfeed as seen below. If it is an essay contest you will still want to upload a 90x90 banner as there is no thumbnail to display like photo and video contests.

Marketplace Banner—Wildfire has a “marketplace” on Facebook where we publish several of our clients’ promotions in one central place (http://www.promo.io). Users can browse all sorts of promotions and enter the ones they want all from one location. We may publish your promotion to this marketplace. Each promotion is headlined with a customizable marketplace banner. We recommend you upload an image for this banner—even though it will not be used in your promotion, it may be used for the promotion marketplace. If you do not wish to have your promotion featured on promo.io, just let your Wildfire contact know and we will remove you.

Choose “Custom Banner” to upload an image. As with the feed banner, the image should be attractive, captivating, and speak to the promotion.

This banner will appear in the marketplace as below. Note this will not affect any design of your campaign on your Fan Page.
