In valid Face Book Page ID

Hello now I am having touble with an invalid Facebook Page ID - I have having the same problem that Sean Holveck posted a short time ago.

"Trying to add become a fan button in entry form. Invalid id keeps popping up. I have installed app, it resides on the Cheyenne Mountain Resort page."

The button keeps telling me that my user id is invalid. I have follow the tutorial more than a few times and can't get it to recognize my page id.When I view my page, is that the public page id?Am I doing something else wrong? the id I am pasting is 187587385487 its the exact same number every time.

My page number is for Stockland Jesmond Number: 284772387499.

I have also installed the application I believe.

Please help

   Can someone please have a look at this asap - I need to present a promotion to the clientand publish it in the next few days.

   I have followed the steps - "Promotions" is in the tab bar of the Fan Page.
   However one step was different for me in the steps - the buttons weren't below to add to the page. See attachment to see what I mean.

   Hi there,

   Thanks for your message. You will need to publish your promotion in order to add it to your fan page. That is why it isn't showing up in your Screen Grab.

   Ok that a bit makes sense, however I thought that may have had something to do with my main problem - the invalid ID page - but I'm not up to publishing yet as I'm having trouble with my entry form. I am trying to add the "become a fan button" in entry form, however an Invalid id keeps appearing. Why?

   I believe I have added the application - "Promotions" appears in my tab menu.

   Shannon, thankyou for fixing that so swiftly.

   Could I get you to look at one more thing, and answer 1 question?

   In the section 2 part of my entry form there is one text field that I cannot get rid of - the delete button will not appear. I have labelled it "I want to delete this".

   Also with the timelines of the entry form - does the time (EST) shift to the location you are in. I.e will it be Australian time (AEST) for me if it is an Australian only campaign? In the client info section I have them on Sydney time.

   1. We took a look, and it looks like you had moved the "Title" of the essay below the essay field. It is fixed now.

   2. No, the time will not shift to the location you are in. For example, I am in PST and if I went to your contest, I would have to figure out what time it started and ended.
